      Think that was us, Joanne! Such a beautiful and regal bird for our National Bird.

      He (or she) was up in a big knobcone pine along the shore of Whiskeytown. Toward the power house. Right now is a great time to see bald eagles on the lake. In the morning you can watch them trying to catch mudhens. It’s quite a show.
