Cottonwood duo Still Married — Erin and Craig Friedman — will celebrate the release of their seventh CD, The Other California, with a CD Release Party on May 17th at The Grape Escape, 1747 Market St, Redding, from 7-9 PM.
The 12-track album of country-folk tunes features all original songs that pay tribute to the North State — its unique history, landscape and independent spirit. The duo will perform songs from the new album and give away a few goodies. At The Grape Escape, award-winning wines — and a some great beers — are available by the glass and by the bottle, and host Jim Boiselle creates a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for both music lovers and wine lovers. 21 and over.
Still Married has performed their award-winning tunes at The Big Room at the Sierra Nevada Brewery, California Worldfest, Redding’s Freedom Fest and other events and venues.
