Fruit Tree Cultivation & Pruning Classes

This is Fruit Tree planting and pruning season. International arborist/ horticulturist and Chief Arborist for the Fruit Tree Planting Foundation, Rico Montenegro will again be teaching fruit tree care and pruning classes during the month of January.

Classes are free and will be held at the following locations and dates: 

McConnell Arboretum, Saturday January 14th, 10 AM to 12 PM.

Shasta College, Saturday January 21st in room 4000, 10 AM to 12 PM.

The annual Fruit Tree restoration class at the Camden House at Whiskeytown National Park will be February 4th, 10 to 12 PM; bring your tools.
