Enterprise-Shasta Alumni River Bowl

27 Year Old Chris Ruttley and his Grandfather, 74 Year Old Gary Duplantis

We’ve all heard of the River Bowl. Over 8,000 people attend the historic football game taking place between the football teams of Enterprise and Shasta High Schools. However, have you heard of the Alumni River Bowl? A company, called Gridiron Alumni, is putting on a full contact, full pad game between alumni of both of these schools. Players ages range from 18 to 50. It’s a great opportunity to see some of your former favorites put on their helmets one more time and represent the alma mater. They players might have gotten a little older, but the rivalry and willingness to compete still burns hot.

Some of the notable players from Shasta include Eddie Chavez, Shaughn Sanford, and Gridiron Alumni owner Chris Hall. Some of the notable players for the Enterprise side are Kenny Reeder, Kyle Barthel, and Jeremy Sain.

Come watch them all battle once again on Sunday, October 23rd. Gates open at 4 PM and kickoff is at 6 PM sharp.

What: Alumni River Bowl
When: Sunday, October 23, at 6 p.m.
Where: Enterprise High School
