Shasta Memory Bank 1.30.11

Patrons and hotel workers at the City Hotel in 1872 couldn’t pass up an opportunity to have their photo taken. The two men in the center in chef’s attire are George Burdick on the right and Mr. Edovarch on the left. The City Hotel was located at the corner of Market and Tehama Street where Crown Camera is now located (1365 Market Street).
