Giant Stocking Says Merry Christmas and Thank You
The Holidays on Hilltop festivities feature a chance to win an 8-foot-tall Christmas stocking filled with toys.
The drawing for the stocking, which is sponsored by and on display at Minuteman Press, will be held Dec. 19 and is being done to benefit the Holiday Food Drive. To receive an entry form, bring a donation of non-perishable food items to Minuteman Press, at 1619A Hilltop Drive (Petco Shopping Center).
Owner Jay Farquhar said he hopes everyone will participate in the chance to win this Christmas stocking even if th ey no longer have children at home.
“What a great opportunity to donate the giant Christmas stocking to the charity of their choice,” Farquhar said.

Kelly–A retired DFG biologist received an email from a working DFG bio who said bullets fired during the bank robbery incident penetrated two DFG buildings adjacent to a fence behind the car wash–one through a bathroom in one of the modular office buildings and the other into an old wooden storage building/office. FYI.
